Class Descriptions

  • Latin Mix

Latin Mix a sizzling workout that combines the excitement of Latin music and movements in a high energy environment. It is an awesome mixture of Salsa, Merengue, Cha-Cha, Samba, Reggae and moves.

  • Hip Hop

Hip Hop is another dance style that falls under the Urban Dance banner. It is a form of street dance that consists of various fast Paced choreographed routines.

  • Aero-Dance

Aero-Dance is not just an aerobics exercise. It is a fast paced cardio worked filled with a lot of FUN and Dance moves to groove your way with fun music.

 

  • MTV-Dance

This class is a blend of Hip Hop, Popping, House, Funk and even some Latin moves to make you like a MTV stars

Let your child dance to health through our exercise through dancing concept with creative dance steps like what you have seen in the movie “High School Musical”.

Dancing is a great way for younger kids to develop various skills.

  • Basic Yoga

Develop your mental and physical potential, nourish yourself with a simple practice of the basic yoga postures
